Ordering:

• All prices include VAT at 17.5% and offers are available whilst stocks last.
• As you browse through the website you can add any items by clicking "add to basket", you are not obliged to buy and items can be removed before payment is made.
• Once you are satisfied with your order proceed to the checkout.
• Please note that pierced earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons

Payment:

• Your payment will be handled securely by Paypal. The payment will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of others reading your details.
• The money will be debited from your account at the end of the checkout process.

Notification:

• Confirmation of your order will be sent by email. You will be required to provide an email address on registration.

Delivery:

• Upon receipt and authorisation of your payment, the goods will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. However during holiday periods your order may take up to 14 days to arrive, you will be notified if this is the case.
• We are now delivering to both the UK, Northern Ireland and main land Europe. Postage & Packing to mainland Europe is £8.00, the UK & Northern Ireland are free of charge.

Unwanted items:

• We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
• You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after your order has been received by us.
• The goods must be returned unused, in good condition and with the original packaging.
• You will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods and this will not be refunded.
• Items such as pierced earrings are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
• We cannot accept deliveries by hand as we need proof of delivery.
• We will not be able to refund items that are damaged in transit to us.
• Please ensure that the returns form, duly completed, is included otherwise we will not be able to process the return.

• You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

• You will be required to register with us, before you can place an order.
